Emma-May is the co-founder and director of Resolution Resources Australia who provide problem-solving services and solutions nationally and internationally. Together with her partner, Danielle Hutchinson, she works as a dispute resolution advisor, provider and educator .Emma-May Litchfield is an experienced and accredited mediator, facilitator and coach with over 10 years experience in education and dispute resolution. Her expertise lies in supporting parties to restore, develop and enhance the relationships that are vital for their professional or personal success. She is an Academic at RMIT University, where she is an offering lecturer in The Post Graduate Business Internship Program and Research Masters candidate in the Graduate School of Business and Law. Danielle Hutchinson: Australian Lawyer, Mediator and Facilitator
Danielle is the co-founder and director of Resolution Resources Australia who provide problem-solving services and solutions nationally and internationally. Together with her partner, Emma-May Litchfield, she works as a dispute resolution advisor, provider and educator.Danielle is an Australian Lawyer with a special interest in dispute resolution within education settings. She is also an Academic at the University of Melbourne and RMIT University. At Melbourne she teaches the principles of evidence-based practice and mediation skills across several Masters Programs, including ‘Leading Collaboration and Change’ within the Melbourne Graduate School of Education. Danielle has published in the areas of Assessment, the use of Large Scale Testing and the application of Psychometrics in the development of Professional Standards.
